Paul D. Kaminski Chief Financial Officer

Paul D. Kaminski joined Wellspring in 2010. Prior to joining Wellspring, Paul was a managing director and the Chief Financial Officer of BRS, a private equity firm focused on the middle market, since its inception in 1995. Previously, he spent 11 years at Coopers & Lybrand's Acquisition Advisory Services and Audit practices in the Detroit, London and New York offices. Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant. Paul is also a founding board member of the Private Equity CFO Association of New York, and is a board member of the LGL Group, Inc.
