Floyd E. Triplett II (Gene) joined Wellspring in 2023. Prior to joining Wellspring, he spent five years at International Brakes Industry, Inc where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. Floyd graduated from Keller University with an MBA in Business Management and Finance. In addition, Floyd graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
