Vice President
Matt Weinsier joined Wellspring in 2025. Prior to joining Wellspring, he spent three years as a vice president at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Matt was an associate at Court Square Capital and an investment banking analyst in the Global Power & Utilities Group at Citigroup.
Matt graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
